Popeyes Rewards is the chain’s loyalty program. It launched in the U.S. in June 2021 and is now the main way Popeyes hands out discounts, since the chain rarely releases public promo codes. This guide explains how the program works in 2026, how to earn and spend points, and how to get the most out of it.

How to Join Popeyes Rewards
- Download the free Popeyes app for iPhone or Android, or go to popeyes.com.
- Create a Popeyes account with your email address. Creating an account enrolls you in Rewards automatically.
- Add your birth date in your profile so you can get the birthday reward.
- Choose your favorite restaurant so the app shows the right offers and prices.
Each person can have only one account, and accounts, points and rewards cannot be shared, transferred or sold.
Earning Points
You earn 10 points for every dollar spent on qualifying purchases. Coupon trackers report that some family meals and combo orders carry bonus points, and that catering orders placed through the app while signed in also earn points. Taxes, tips and delivery fees normally do not count toward points, and orders through DoorDash or Uber Eats do not earn Popeyes points at all.
Redeeming Points for Free Food
To redeem, open the Rewards section of the app or website, pick an eligible item, and add it to your order before checkout. Each reward has a point price shown in the app. Coupons.com reported example reward prices of about 300 points for small fries, 600 points for a chicken sandwich and 900 points for a 2-piece Signature combo. Treat these as a guide only, because Popeyes adjusts the reward menu.

Members who add a birth date receive a birthday reward each year during their birthday month; coupon sites have reported it as a free item such as an apple pie.
