How to Heat a Popeyes Cajun Turkey
- Thaw it in the refrigerator. Plan for a couple of days. Popeyes says no part of the turkey should rise above 40°F while thawing, so do not leave it on the counter.
- Prepare the pan. Place the turkey on a rack in a large roasting pan and pour the juices from the bag into the pan.
- Heat it covered. Follow the time and temperature on the package or Popeyes’ website; because it is already cooked, you are reheating, not roasting from raw.
- Store leftovers quickly. Refrigerate leftovers promptly and eat them within 3 days.
