How to Earn and Redeem
In the restaurant: open the Freddy’s app, tap Earn and let the cashier scan your QR code before you pay. Scan to Pay lets you earn, redeem and pay with a saved card in one scan. Online or in the app: sign in before you order and apply rewards under Available Rewards at checkout. Signed-in delivery orders through the app or freddys.com earn points too; for third-party delivery, add your receipt in the app.

💰 Tips to Get More from Freddy’s Rewards
- Redeem before points expire. Points last one year from when you earn them.
- Scan every time. You can earn on up to 3 orders a day, and missing receipts can be added within 72 hours.
- Pick high-value rewards. The Original Double (700 points) can be worth up to about $8.
- Check the app wallet. Member-only offers appear there and change often.
- Earn on catering. Catering orders placed while signed in earn points, though rewards cannot be used on catering.
