Calories now come from Freddy’s official nutrition guide, which corrected the old cheese fry figures here (Regular Cheese Fries are 470 calories and Large 710). We also added the kids’ fries size and Freddy’s newer Smoky Fry Sauce.
Freddy’s Fries are thin, crispy shoestring fries finished with Freddy’s Famous Steakburger & Fry Seasoning. They come with every combo, and you can upgrade them to Cheese Fries or Chili Cheese Fries. Most fans dip them in Freddy’s Famous Fry Sauce, a tangy, creamy sauce that is also sold by the bottle.

Are Freddy’s Fries Gluten-Free?
Freddy’s allergen chart does not list wheat as an ingredient in the fries, but it notes they are cooked in the same fryer as chicken tenders and onion rings, which contain gluten and whey.
